Our wine cellar develops and grows on two concepts that are very close to our heart: territoriality and naturalness. Also for the wine, as for all the other services at our Hotel Restaurant, it is the quality that counts. Our Wine List is the result of a careful selection of labels and producers. Our Sommelier has selected for you wines that best represent our regional territory and not only because you will also find wines from other Italian regions and other countries. We offer about 100 labels, coming from large and small cellars, chosen for their quality and for the value of the people who produce them.
